Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026
시행일 및 최종 업데이트: 2026년 7월 19일

1. Who we are

The Tido Kang website (the “Service”) is operated by 주식회사 SAIR (SAIR Co., Ltd.)(“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Korea. The Service offers original digital piano sheet music, the Music Pass subscription, and the Academy learning platform under the Tido Kang brand. By creating an account or purchasing anything on the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal: access purchased on your account is for you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to use paid features.

3. Digital products

Our products are digital: sheet music readable in the online Viewer (and printable for personal use), optional per-product PDF downloads where the product page explicitly says so, and online course content. Access is delivered to your account — nothing is shipped.

4. Individual sheet purchases

An individual sheet purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks that specific sheet on your account. It grants Viewer and print access for personal use; it includes a download only when the product page states so. A purchase of one sheet does not unlock any other sheet, Music Pass, or Academy.

Individually purchased sheet music remains available through the purchasing account without a fixed time limit while the service continues to operate. Full sheet access starts after you confirm the first-access notice and select “Agree and view sheet music.” Starting to view does not remove your right to request a refund — refunds, including the 14-day refund-request window for Paddle-processed payments, are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Before purchasing, customers can use the free sheet-music Viewer to confirm that the Viewer works correctly on their device and browser.

5. Subscriptions: Music Pass and Academy

Music Pass and Academy are two separate subscriptions, each with its own price, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation. Neither includes the other, and you may hold both at the same time. Canceling or losing one never affects the other.

Each subscription renews automaticallyat the end of every billing period and the then-current price is charged to your payment method, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account (or through the payment provider’s cancellation method); cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period already paid, after which it ends. Subscription prices may change; we will notify active subscribers before a price change takes effect so you can cancel first.

6. Payment processing

Online checkout is not yet available on the Service. When Paddle checkout is made available, payment processing may be provided by Paddle as Merchant of Record— Paddle would be the seller of record for those transactions, process your payment, handle applicable taxes, and issue receipts, and Paddle’s checkout terms would apply alongside these Terms. Additional payment methods or processors (for example, a Korean payment provider for domestic payments) may be offered later; the checkout page will always identify who processes your payment.

7. License and intellectual property

All sheet music, recordings, course materials, and site content are protected by copyright and remain the property of 주식회사 SAIR and/or their respective rights holders. A purchase or subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, print (where offered), and use the content for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, sublicense, or share purchased files or your account access with others, and you may not remove watermarks or circumvent content protection. Public performance, recording, or commercial arrangement rights are not included unless a product page expressly grants them.

8. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • share, resell, or publicly redistribute digital content;
  • circumvent access control, watermarking, or preview protection;
  • scrape, mass-download, or programmatically extract content;
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes or infringe others’ rights;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account that materially violates these Terms — including content redistribution or payment abuse — after reasonable consideration and, where practicable, notice. Suspension for cause does not by itself create a refund obligation, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and continuously improve it, but we may change, add, or discontinue features. If we discontinue content you have paid for, we will provide a reasonable remedy — such as continued access for the paid period or a proportional refund — as required by applicable law. If the service is discontinued, the company will provide advance notice and take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and any separate service-closure notice.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated or required by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Korea (including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) or under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect; the “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

15. Contact
