2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal: access purchased on your account is for you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to use paid features.
Sign-up is available to users aged 14 or older. Users under 14 may use the Service through an account created and managed by their parent or legal guardian. Purchases, refunds, consent to these Terms, and email preferences on such an account are managed by the guardian who owns it, and sheet music purchased by a guardian may be used by the minor children in the guardian’s care for non-commercial personal learning. We do not offer direct sign-up for children under 14.
3. Digital products
Our products are digital: sheet music readable in the online Viewer (and printable for personal use) with a PDF download during the sheet’s access window, in-app song access in the Try Piano app, and online course content. Access is delivered to your account — nothing is shipped.
Downloaded PDF files are issued per account and carry buyer-identification information (a masked account identifier and a license reference) in the page margins, in a license notice page, and in the file metadata, so that a leaked copy can be traced to the purchasing account.
4. Individual sheet purchases
An individual sheet purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks that specific sheet on your account for 180 days from the time of payment. During those 180 days it grants Viewer and print access for personal use and a PDF download of the sheet. A purchase of one sheet does not unlock any other sheet, Music Pass, or Academy.
Saving the PDF within the 180 days is your responsibility. When the window ends normally, the file you downloaded remains yours to keep for personal, non-commercial use — only new downloads, Viewer access and printing on this site stop — and the same sheet can be purchased again. If an order is refunded, the license granted by that order ends together with the account’s access (see the Refund Policy); we do not delete files from your devices, but a refunded order no longer licenses their use. Full sheet access on this site starts after you confirm the first-access notice. Starting to view does not remove your right to request a refund — refunds, including the 14-day refund-request window for Paddle-processed payments, are governed by the Refund Policyand applicable law. Before purchasing, customers can use the free sheet-music Viewer and each sheet’s free preview to confirm that the Viewer works correctly on their device and browser.
Sheets purchased before 22 October 2026 under the earlier individual-sheet terms keep the access terms shown at the time of purchase (available through the purchasing account without a fixed time limit while the service continues to operate).
In-app 180-day song access (Try Piano).In the Try Piano app you may buy 180-day access to a single song (currently US$9.90, shown in the store’s local currency). It unlocks that song’s full tutorial in the app and lets you view, save, share to your own devices, and print the song’s sheet music PDF for personal use during the 180-day period. When the period ends, new downloads stop; copies you already saved remain yours for personal, non-commercial use. In-app song access is a separate product from the web individual sheet purchase in this section and does not unlock the web Viewer, Music Pass, or Academy. Purchases, refunds, and cancellations made through Google Play are governed by Google Play’s policies.
5. Subscriptions: Music Pass and Academy
Music Pass and Academy are two separate subscriptions, each with its own price, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation. Neither includes the other, and you may hold both at the same time. Canceling or losing one never affects the other.
Each subscription renews automaticallyat the end of every billing period and the then-current price is charged to your payment method, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account (or through the payment provider’s cancellation method); cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period already paid, after which it ends. Subscription prices may change; we will notify active subscribers before a price change takes effect so you can cancel first.
Music Pass sheet credits.Music Pass includes 3 sheet credits per billing cycle. Each credit unlocks one sheet of your choice for 180 days from the moment you select it — reading in the Viewer, printing, a PDF download, and practice in the Try Piano app where the song is supported. Membership alone does not open the catalog; sheets you have not selected show their free preview only. Unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle. Selections you have already made continue to the end of their 180 days after you cancel; a full refund of a billing cycle ends the selections made with that cycle’s credits. Music Pass+ adds full Try Piano access and an ad-free Try Piano app; its credits are the same 3 per cycle.
6. Payment processing
Payments on the Service are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record— Paddle is the seller of record for those transactions, processes your payment, handles applicable taxes, and issues receipts, and Paddle’s checkout terms apply alongside these Terms. Purchases made inside our apps are processed by the app store you bought from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) under that store’s terms. Additional payment methods or processors (for example, a Korean payment provider for domestic payments) may be offered later; the checkout page will always identify who processes your payment.
7. License and intellectual property
All sheet music, recordings, course materials, and site content are protected by copyright and remain the property of 주식회사 SAIR and/or their respective rights holders. A purchase or subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, print (where offered), and use the content for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, sublicense, or share purchased files or your account access with others, and you may not remove watermarks or circumvent content protection. This includes sending purchased files to others or uploading them to websites, communities, or resale platforms; such use is copyright infringement. Public performance, recording, or commercial arrangement rights are not included unless a product page expressly grants them.
8. Prohibited use
You must not:
- share, resell, or publicly redistribute digital content;
- circumvent access control, watermarking, or preview protection;
- remove, alter, or obscure watermarks, license notices, or buyer-identification information in downloaded files;
- scrape, mass-download, or programmatically extract content;
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or infringe others’ rights;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict an account that materially violates these Terms — including content redistribution or payment abuse — after reasonable consideration and, where practicable, notice. Suspension for cause does not by itself create a refund obligation, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and continuously improve it, but we may change, add, or discontinue features. If we discontinue content you have paid for, we will provide a reasonable remedy — such as continued access for the paid period or a proportional refund — as required by applicable law. If the service is discontinued, the company will provide advance notice and take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and any separate service-closure notice.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated or required by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Korea (including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) or under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect; the “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
15. Contact
